Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a minimum order value. Check our store for current free shipping thresholds and promotions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Order Tracking

Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, weather, carrier issues). If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the situation.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PrimeAura Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
